Maverick Industries Inc. Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to feel completely secure and satisfied with your Maverick Industries, Inc. purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Maverick product, we offer a 60-day return policy where you can request a refund or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement, and must be post-marked within 60 days of the date of delivery. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Maverick Industries, Inc. Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, follow these steps:
1. For all returns or exchange requests, please contact Maverick by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and acquiring a Return Authorization Number. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
2. Securely package your Maverick product in a shipping container with an included piece of paper noting:
- Your Return Authorization Number
- Reason for return/exchange
- If exchanging, include the replacement product/thermometer variation desired

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend sending your Maverick thermometer return/exchange via a shipping carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS to obtain a tracking number and insurance on your shipment. Maverick is not responsible for returns/exchanges lost during shipment.
3. Upon receipt of your return/exchange, you will receive an email confirming the arrival of your Maverick product and, if applicable, a receipt of your refund, which will be credited to your original form of purchase within ten (10) business days.
If you’re requesting an exchange, you will also receive an email with further information about your replacement Maverick thermometer, including an estimated shipping date, as well as tracking information. Any price differences will be charged or credited to the original form of payment.
Damaged Product/Manufacturer’s Defect
In the event that you received a Maverick product you believe was damaged upon delivery or may have a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or by calling 1-(800) 526-0954.
We’ll work with you to troubleshoot the issue you’re experiencing, which will help us determine if your Maverick product is damaged or if a manufacturer’s defect exists. If so, we will discuss your replacement or refund options.
